So, I am in Kuwait now. it is hot, and sandy! I am glad to be here and start this year so that it will be over quicker. We go north to Iraq sometime in the near future, they won't tell us when. I am going to be working with the public affairs team and I am so excited!!! This is a great opportunity for me, and I know I will have fun doing it. I will keep you posted on what I do and post some of the pictures I take.

Thanks for sending the blog link, I enjoyed the pictures of France. When my girl scout troop went in 2002 we went by train from Madrid to Sarlat, Bounne, and Paris. One of my favorite places in France was the Sacred Heart Cathedral in Paris, It's on Mars Hill. A nun was singing in latin and it was the most awesome thing I've ever heard. The acustics in the cathedral made her voice so clear and beautiful. It made me cry, it was incredible. I've always wanted to return and go on the Gastronomic tour. You go to a different castle each day and have 8 course meal, spend the night, then hike to the next Castle, You need to walk because you eat so much. I'm so happy to hear that you are not driving the trucks. Doing Public relations will look good on a resume. My mantra each day is "Pray for Mary". I still can't believe you are there again. It seems so unfair to expect our citizens to go there. I heard on the news how unstable Pakistan is. I listened to Scretary of State, Hillary Clinton talk about how much control the Taliban have in a region of Pakistan. Please know you are in my thoughts and prayers. Love Kay
