Billy Blanks

So....I met Billy Blanks the other day! He came to the camp we are currently at and did a Tae Bo class for the soldiers. Afterward he took pictures with the troops, and signed autographs! (Yes, I had my picture taken with him and i will post it as soon as I can the on the Internet with my own computer!) I took pictures of the event for the public affairs office (PAO). I had a blast! I was able to get up close and I got some really cool shots! I can't wait to post them!

So, I am in Kuwait now. it is hot, and sandy! I am glad to be here and start this year so that it will be over quicker. We go north to Iraq sometime in the near future, they won't tell us when. I am going to be working with the public affairs team and I am so excited!!! This is a great opportunity for me, and I know I will have fun doing it. I will keep you posted on what I do and post some of the pictures I take.

Today we went to Mont St Michelle. It was so beautiful! It was a rainy day but it was worth it. It was a lot of fun but I didn't get to many pictures because it was raining so much.

Today we just walked around rennes. We sat in a courtyard area and had ice cream. It was Sunday so there wasn't much open or much to do. It was a relaxing day.

We went to an open air market today. It is the 3rd largest in france (i think) It was huge!!! They were selling produce and we had the best strawberries I've ever had. They also had fresh cheese, seafood, meats, and flowers. There were street performers as well, and two guys giving away kittens. We had a lot of fun.
